Seda Kervanoglu Yoga and Nature Walks 2
A relaxed week mixing daily yoga sessions with nature walks leading to meditations in empty hills, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 full days guided walk to different destinations in various hardness, one day boat trip to surrounding bays to swim and a day off to explore the town.

Daily Routine:

  • 7:00-8:30 Morning yoga
  • 8:30 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Leave for the day’s destination – walk and swim
  • 17:00 Back home to rest and refresh
  • 19:00 Dinner

Daily Routine for 5 days of the 6

7am-8am - Personal yoga followed by a short-guided meditation
8.30 - Breakfast
9.30 – 11am - Class/teaching
11am – 11.30 Group meditation
11.30 – 4pm Break to enjoy the surroundings/ time to reflect
4pm – 5.30Class/questions and answers
5.30 – 6pm Group meditation
6pm – 6.30 Sharing
7.30 Dinner and evening to enjoy as they wish

The course is broken up into four sections; Introduction to PSM, personal mantra's and one to one meditation, getting the most of your experience questions and answers and finally a DVD to cover the future possibilities of regular meditation.

Hema will take time daily (morning and afternoon) to spend time with the group to help identify goals, intentions and desires using different exercises.

Karuna Honer Relaxation and Revitalization Retreat

But on the contrary moning yoga sessions will prepare you with the flexibility and suppleness for the latin dance sessions like salsa, merengue, bachata and even tango if you like.
