Seda Kervanoglu Yoga and Nature Walks 1

A relaxed week mixing daily yoga sessions with nature walks leading to meditations in empty hills, isolated bays and beaches. If you’ve missed nature and are looking for a break from your routine to connect with yourself and nature, this is a right program for you. It comprises 4 full days guided walk to different destinations in various hardness, one day boat trip to surrounding bays to swim and a day off to explore the town.

Daily Routine:

  • 7:00-8:30 Morning yoga
  • 8:30 Breakfast
  • 10:00 Leave for the day’s destination – walk and swim
  • 17:00 Back home to rest and refresh
  • 19:00 Dinner

Seda Kervanoğlu & Mustafa Dulger Yoga and Wood Carving

This week is an artistic combination of yoga and wood carving. There will be a morning yoga session before breakfast everyday. After breakfast you will go to Mustafa's workshop in his lovely house to learn about different types of wood and how to transform them into different pieces of statues or gifts. If you always wanted to work with wood but coud not get a chance or time for it, this is an excellent opportunity and you can take the piece away you make with you.

21st – 27th
Seda Kervanoglu Detox and Ayurvedic Cleansing

7 day program comprises an ayurvedic purgation (virechana) and a 3 day detox program inspired by the world’s renowned dietist Dr. Gillian McKeith supported by light exercise and ayurvedic massage.
First two days will serve as preparation for the 3 day detox program which is based on drinking fruit and vegetable juice and eating raw food. During going into the detox and coming out of it ayurvedic diet will be observed. Gentle yoga sessions will follow the morning nature walks before breakfast. A full-body ayurvedic massage is part of the program to accelerate the detoxification process.
